To cancel or change an order

We process orders typically the same day it is received, so if you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. This will help avoid shipping your order and having to recall it from UPS to correct or cancel it. If it gets out our doors before you let us know there will be additional costs involved.

Order processing and shipment

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays. It is possible it will take longer if we have a high volume of orders to process (after a weekend or during the holidays), and will not be held responsible for any delays or misfortune experienced by you if it takes longer than 24hours to ship an order. Typical transit times are between 1 and 5 days (if you are in AZ it will be closer to 1 day, east coast is 5 days). We are not responsible for the transit time, as that is out of our control.

We do not ship to PO Boxes

We only ship via UPS and UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. Please do not put in a PO Box in the shipping address field. We do our best to catch any order that may have a PO Box for the shipping address, but if one does ship out the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred from UPS, as it will be considered a miss-ship or incorrect address.

Use of personal information

We only use to process your order and payment. We do not rent, sell, or give away your information to another other company and we only use it for the intended purpose (to process your order). You agree to allow us to use your personal information in order to fulfill your order. This includes use of your credit card information in order to process and collect payment for the goods ordered.

Once you have contacted us, make sure you meet these requirements before you ship:

  • Include RMA either on Shipping label or on a paper within the package
  • Insure product/package for amount you purchased it for
  • It is usually best to ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL (better reliability and traceability)
  • Product must be in original packaging without any tags, stickers or anything else removed
  • Product must be NEW and must be able to be sold as NEW to another customer
  • Any product that has any scuffs, scratches, dings, odor, etc will not be accepted
  • Do not place any shipping labels directly on the product package (this requires you to use a shipping box to ship it back, rather than using the product packaging).

If any of the above conditions aren't met we will not accept the return or exchange.

Use and Purchasing Requirements

In agreeing to our terms, you certify that you are not a minor (that you are an adult) and will act responsibly with all paintball gear, markers and accessories as they are not toys are should be used with care. These products can be dangerous, Prolific Paintball does not assume any liability for any actions or misdeeds taken or enacted with the products purchased from our company. We act as a retail provider of these products and do not assume any liability in the safety or correct and sound operation of any product that we carry.
