We understand how difficult it can be to purchase products online, especially paintball gear. There is a bit of a trade off, in place of being able to see and touch the product you get convenience, selection and price. To help compensate for not being able to touch and see the product in person we make it as easy as possible to return any product, either in exchange or for a refund. You are responsible for the return shipping (including insuring the package properly) but there is no restocking fee. If you order another product that qualifies for free shipping you don't pay for shipping for that product.

Once you have contacted us, make sure you meet these requirements before you ship:

• Include RMA either on Shipping label or on a paper within the package
• Insure product/package for amount you purchased it for
• It is usually best to ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL (better reliability and traceability)
• Product must be in original packaging without any tags, stickers or anything else removed
• Product must be NEW and must be able to be sold as NEW to another customer
• Any product that has any scuffs, scratches, dings, odor, etc will not be accepted
