How long does it take to get my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (not including weekends). Many orders are shipped the same day. Transit time for shipping will depend on where you live as all orders are shipped from our facility in Arizona. UPS ground is 1 to 5 days transit time (not counting the day that UPS picks the package up). If you need your product sooner please select an expedited shipping method.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders over $150 (see our Free Shipping page for details). On any order under $150 shipping is based on the weight of the products being ordered and the shipping zip code. This will be calculated automatically by the website during checkout.

How do I track an order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. Please make sure you give a valid email address and check your spam folder. You can either call UPS (800-742-5877) or track it at UPS.com. If you didn't receive your tracking number via email please let us know.

Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes, the information that you provide on our site during the purchase and checkout process, including credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Your personal and sensitive data that is provided during a purchase is encrypted to prevent interception during transmission over the Internet. While we have taken the proper measures to ensure the integrity and security of our network and information transmission, we are unable to guarantee that third-party "hackers" will not illegally obtain this information.

Are you a legitimate company or just another fly-by-night Internet operation?
This is what we do for a living. We work at this full-time with both an office crew and a warehouse crew. You can call anytime during business hours (we have a "real" office and don't live there so we don't answer phones late at night). We have been verified by and are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau(BBB). We use the Hacker Safe/MacAfee Secure services to ensure our servers are safe and secure.
